BY MAIL
Payments by check can be mailed to PO Box 26, Ardmore, TN 38449. Please do not mail cash. Ardmore Water System is not responsible for payments lost in the mail.
When paying by mail write the customer number on the payment and include the bill stub.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT
This is a convenient payment option that insures that customers payment will not be late. You will never have to worry about mailing payments. To sign up for automatic bank draft, the customer must complete an authorization form giving Ardmore Water System permission to remove your monthly bill from your bank account. The payment will be automatically deducted from the customers bank account on or about the 8th of each month. There is a one time $10.00 service charge to set up the auto-draft.
BILLING
Meters are read on a monthly basis. Water bills are mailed out the the last business day of each month. Bills are due on or before the 15th of each month, after the 15th a 26% penalty will be added. Any bill not paid by the 30th of each month will be disconnected. The account must be paid to a zero balance to have service restored (this includes current bill & a $45.00 reconnect fee). If service is restored after the normal business hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, there will be an additional charge of $65.00; this is an after hour service charge. If we receive an insufficient check, you will be charged a $30.00 fee. You may call 256-423-6161 with any questions.
